We are a small shop - big enough to offer some great deals, but not so big that we don't care about your order! While our size helps us keep a close relationship with our customers, it also keeps our small staff very busy and hard to reach sometimes. If you can not get through on the phone, please leave a voice mail message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Also, contacting us via email can sometimes be a bit faster (we spend the whole day in front of these computer screens you know!)
