What if there was a problem with my order?

If there is anything wrong with your order contact our customer service department and we will work through the problem to make it right.

  • The package never arrived? 
  • Drum heads were crushed? 
  • Was the wrong part was in the box?

We got you covered. We'll work to get the order fixed for you as soon as possible.

We pride ourselves on being a small shop with dedicated percussionists that will work hard to get you the equipment you need when you need it - and if things don't go as planned we'll work even harder to make it right.

Our "Return It Anytime" policy.

So you placed an order and it wasn't quite what you expected - we understand.

With our Return It Anytime policy, we will honor most any reasonable return request without any time restrictions or fine-print to worry about. Every order and situation is different, so just contact us and we'll work out all the details.

To request a return, please fill out the return form below. For refunds, please allow up to one complete billing cycle (30 days) for charges to be processed back to your card or PayPal account. Funds for store credit or exchanges will be available immediately after inspection of the return.

Please note that shipping fees and freight costs are non-refundable.

Even if free freight was offered on the initial purchase, all freight costs will be deducted from the final refund. If you request that we email you a return label, the cost of the return label will also be deducted from the final refund -- but we do get discounted shipping rates, so a shipping label from us is usually cheaper than what you would get from UPS or the Post Office. All refunds and store credits will be issued minus these freight costs.

Please note that refunds over $500 may also be assessed a 3.5% processing fee deduction.

Non-Returnable Items

There are some items that are not eligible for return:

  • Earplugs
  • Heads or sticks that have been played
  • Vinyl logos
  • Custom drum heads & shield logos
  • Special order, clearance & discontinued items

How to package returns

For full credit, returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging and paperwork intact. Items in poor condition may be refused for return. Returned items may also be subject to restocking/repackaging fees depending on the condition of the items and if any of the original packaging materials are not included with the return.
